I. Essentials (Two 3 Hour Sessions) One Day

  • Auto Correcting Text While Typing

  • Understanding and Applying Templates

  • Full Comprehension and Usage of the PowerPoint Master

  • Choosing, and Creating a New Color Scheme

  • Copying a Color Scheme to be Added to a Background

  • Create a Textured Background

  • Drawing and Editing an Object

  • Adding 3-d Effects to Objects

  • Scaling, and Recoloring Clip Art Images, Tables, Charts and Other Images

  • Customizing the Clip Gallery

III. Advanced (Two 3 Hour Sessions) One Day

  • Importing Data from Other Microsoft Applications

  • Modifying Data Received from Other Applications

  • Produce a Slide Show with Dimming Animation Text

  • Incorporating Multimedia in Your Slide Show

  • Creating a Self-Navigating Presentation

  • Utilization of Hyperlinks in PowerPoint to Access the Internet

  • Broadcasting a Presentation and Hosting a Discussion over the Web
